Dial 'M' for Motherfucker is an album by the New York City garage punk band Pussy Galore, released in April 1989 by Caroline Records.[5] The song Kicked Out is played in an Episode of House, "Games", when Gregory House plays it to annoy Wilson and later to induce a seizure in a patient.
From Hanover to Kamchatka, from Mudanjiang in Manchuria to Batina in Croatia, tens of thousands of monuments honour the soldiers of the Red Army who lost or risked their lives in the Second World War. They range from simple grave markers through statues of heroes or tank monuments to colossal memorial complexes. Following the upheaval of 1989/91, a wave of iconoclasm swept over this commemorative landscape, and a second wave has been rising since 2015. In both cases some monuments were relocated, while others were destroyed entirely. Yet overall, cases of old monuments being modified, or new ones built from scratch, have been at least as frequent. A number of war memorials have suffered neglect and decay, yet many have been inventoried, and quite a few renovated. While countless monuments are simply being ignored, others have become focal points for new commemorative rituals, and some of them objects of political or artistic interventions. Whom or what a memorial depicted, as well as its appearance and style, has often proven less fateful than whether or not it marked a burial site, though even that status has not always prevented removal.
The line between monuments and memorial complexes that were also burial sites and others (especially those built since the 1960s) that were not, was blurred in public perception over time. However, the distinction would prove fateful after 1989/91, if only for legal reasons. I will therefore start by sketching the legal situation.
In addition, starting in 1989 the Soviet Union and, since 1992, Russia as its legal successor, have concluded a number of bilateral agreements that regulate or at least address the management of gravesites and, in some cases, monuments more generally.

*265 As we have seen, it was the defendant's theory at trial that the police had furnished him with information regarding the Borowski, Sutton, and Mak murders and that he had merely repeated that information in making his oral and written statements. The defendant also asserted at trial that his cooperation was both induced by promises of lenient treatment and coerced by mistreatment. There is authority approving cross-examination of this nature following testimony by a defendant on direct examination that he was coerced into repeating inculpatory statements furnished to him by the authorities. (See People v. Piscotti (1985), 136 Ill. App.3d 420, 440 (no plain error in cross-examination of defendant that included questions whether law enforcement officers lied in trial testimony concerning defendant's confession; inquiry was within scope of defendant's own testimony on direct examination alleging police conspiracy in forcing him to make untrue confession); see also People v. Turner (1989), 128 Ill. 2d 540, 555-58 (defendant asked during cross-examination to comment on conflicting testimony of State's witnesses).) Such could be the case here, for the defendant maintained in his testimony that the police had "framed" him by providing him with information about the murders and causing him to repeat those facts in his statements. That portion of the cross-examination eliciting the defendant's comments on the veracity of adverse witnesses, while generally disapproved, was not necessarily inappropriate in the circumstances present in this case.
