This policy describes how RLP Unlimited LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, join an event or sign-up, or opt in to our text messages.
 

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Name and contact details (email, mobile number, mailing address if you give it)

  • Event or sign-up choices and messages you send us

  • Consent records for email or text messaging (when you opted in, and how)

  • Basic technical data if you use our website (such as browser type and pages viewed)

We collect this when you fill out a form, text us, email us, buy a ticket or session, or otherwise choose to share it.
 

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Run events, sign-ups, and related communication

  • Send the emails or texts you asked for (reminders, updates, invites)

  • Answer questions and provide support

  • Keep records we need for our work and for legal compliance

  • Improve how we organize and communicate

We do not sell your personal information, including your mobile number.
 

3. Text messages

If you opt in to SMS or MMS, we use your mobile number to send those messages and to process STOP and HELP requests. Our text program is also described in our Terms and Conditions.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

We use a texting provider (currently SimpleTexting) to deliver messages. That provider processes your number and message content only to send and receive texts on our behalf.
 

4. Who we share information with

We share information only when needed:

  • Service providers that help us operate (texting, email, payments, ticketing, hosting)

  • Co-hosts or venues when needed to run a specific event

  • Authorities if the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety

Service providers are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
 

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact and consent records as long as you are in our programs, and for a reasonable time after that so we can honor opt-outs and meet record- keeping needs. You can ask us to delete information that we do not need to retain.
 

6. Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP, or email us to be removed from texts

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us

  • Access or correction: email us and we will help update or delete what we can

If you are a California resident, you may also have rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. Email us to make a request. We do not sell personal information.
 

7. Children

Our text program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
 

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
