Terms & Conditions - Text Messaging
These terms apply to text messages sent by RLP Unlimited LLC (“we,” “us”) to people who opt in to receive them.
1. What you are signing up for
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about events, sign-ups, reminders, scheduling, and related updates. Messages may include links and, at times, pictures (MMS).
Message frequency varies. You may receive a small number of texts around an event or sign-up, and occasional follow-ups.
2. Consent
You must opt in before we text you. Providing your number and agreeing to these terms is your consent to receive SMS and MMS from us at that number.
Consent is not required to buy anything or to attend an event, unless a specific offer says otherwise.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you a fee for our texts. Your wireless carrier may.
4. How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop texting that number.

You can opt back in later by following the instructions we provide, or by contacting us.
5. Supported carriers
Our texts are intended for U.S. mobile numbers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.
6. Your responsibilities
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian’s permission).
Tell us if your number changes. If you give us someone else’s number without permission, you are responsible for that.
7. Privacy
We use your number only to send the messages you opted into and to manage opt-outs. We do not sell your mobile number.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the text program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
